The company was established in April 1987 as a Services and Production Locksmith's Plant, which basic task was production of a variety types of yachts and powerboats fittings.
Years 1987 - 1990 determined the high demand for yacht equipment on the domestic and foreign markets.
That time allowed us to settle our headquarters in Kosakowo (15km from the Gdynia's downtown).
During this period, the company name was changed from Locksmith Workshop to MASTPOL Marine Equipment and the company's logo was adopted - a stylized image of a two-masted yacht.
The beginning of the 90s was a period of building production halls, purchasing machinery and tooling for metal processing and selection of appropriate, highly qualified staff. The first recipients of our
products were small domestic yacht building companies and individual sailors.
Continuous acquirements of new technologies and improving employee qualifications has resulted in higher quality products and, consequently, increased the number of customers.
Today we cooperate with the most prestigious brands in the yacht industry and we support the largest yacht shipyards in Western Europe, including X-YACHTS, BAVARIA YACHTS, HANSE YACHTS, DUFOUR, SAXDOR.
As we are constantly expanding our production capabilities and machinery park,
we have recently launched new production branches, i.e.: structural elements of industrial halls,
shop and home furniture and components for healthcare equipment and aesthetic medicine.
As of 1st October 2015, MASTPOL Marine Equipment changed its legal form to a Limited Liability Company, Limited Partnership.

Almost 90% of production is aimed at the yacht industry. The remaining 10% is atypical production.
We have a full logistics and transportation infrastructure, which allows us to supply our customers in almost every corner of Europe.
In urgent situations, we're supported by the services of transport companies such as SMARTTRANS, FEDEX, SCHENKER and DSV.
We have production and warehouse space
with a total area of 5,000 m².
We employ an average of 80 people
and we work in a two-shift system.
The materials necessary for production, including: plates, tubes, rods, profiles, are provided by the leaders of the metal industry, i.e.: NOVA TRADING, INVESTA, METAL-ZBYT, THYSSENKRUPP, ARCELORMITTAL.
We have a modern machine park
enabling a wide range of metals mechanical processing.
