  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by MASTPOL Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. (hereinafter: SERVICE).
     

  2. The administrator of personal data is MASTPOL Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. with its registered office in Kosakowo, ul. Tulipanowa 2, Kosakowo 81-198, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the NIP number: 5871607096 (hereinafter referred to as: Administrator).

In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts regarding the protection of personal data, in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
     

  4. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that personal data are:

    • processed lawfully;

    • ollected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes;

    • substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

    • stored in a form enabling identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
       

  5. Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the Website users and in cases where the provisions of applicable law authorize the Administrator to process personal data.
     

  6. The Administrator processes personal data voluntarily provided by users of the Website only for the purpose of:

    • responding to user inquiries submitted using the contact form,

    • accepting the order using the online system,

    • execution of the order by the Administrator pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR,

    • marketing, including sending commercial information to an e-mail address, if the Customer has consented to it, by checking the appropriate box in the process of submitting an inquiry via the contact form. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a notification to the Administrator's e-mail address,

    • implementation of the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator in special cases pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR, e.g. debt collection.
       

  7. The recipients of personal data may be bodies, institutions and entities authorized under the law, as well as entities providing services to the Data Administrator (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services and other entities participating in the implementation of the ordered service).
     

  8. The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and adapting the offer.
     

  9. The data processed by the Administrator may be viewed by the Website user who provided it. The user also has the right to modify this data, request its deletion and
    limit or stop the processing of his or her personal data at any time. At any time, the user may also request the removal of his or her personal data from the Website.
    The right to transfer data does not apply because no standard has been established for the exchange of such data between hotel facilities.
     

  10. The Website User has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
     

  11. In order to exercise your rights indicated in point. 8 above, the Website user should contact the Administrator using the same e-mail address or telephone number provided to the Website, by contacting the following address: info.mp@mastpol.com.pl
     

  12. Each user of the Website may submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office.
     

  13. The Administrator performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:

    • by voluntarily entering information in forms,

    • by collecting "cookies".
       

  14. When you first visit the website of MASTPOL Sp. z o. o. Sp. K. the user is informed about the use of cookies. By remaining on the website, the user accepts the use of cookies on the website. If the user does not change the browser settings, he or she consents to the use of cookies.

"Cookies" files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, in particular those requiring authorization. The user can change the settings of his/her website at any time.

    • session - remain in the browser until it is closed or until the user logs out of the website on which they were placed,

    • permanent - remain in the device's web browser until they are deleted by the user or until a predetermined time specified in the cookie file parameters.

    • conversion files, which allow for the analysis of the performance of various sales channels,

    • tracking files, which, in combination with conversions, help to analyze the performance of various sales channels,

    • marketing files, used to personalize the content of advertisements and their proper targeting,

    • analytical tools, which help to improve the comfort of using the website by understanding how users use it,

    • necessary files, i.e. fundamental for the basic functionality of the website.

The Administrator reserves the right to change the privacy policy of the service, which may be caused by the development of internet technology, possible changes in the law on personal data protection and the development of the Service. We will inform users about any changes in a visible and understandable way.
